    What is the difference between industrial hemp and cannabis (marijuana)?

    Industrial hemp is the same species (Cannabis sativa L.) but contains ≤0.3% THC, so it has no psychoactive effects.


    What licensing or documentation do I need to purchase?

  • Refunds: Once items are confirmed received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping) are issued within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Non-returnable Items: Opened products, refills, and consumables are excluded unless damaged in transit.
  • Return Process:

  2. Wait for return authorization and ship to the address provided.
  3. Include proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: You cover return shipping unless the product is defective.
